[3.21] community/dracut: remove network-legacy module

Sören Tempel requested to merge nmeum/aports:dracut-network-legacy-3.21 into 3.21-stable

Use the network module instead. The -legacy module depends on ISC dhclient which has been EOL for >2 years and was removed from aports.
