community/{opam,unison}, testing/{coccinelle,supermin}: rebuild against ocaml & disable loongarch64

These aports were left out in the last rebuild against OCaml 4.14.2.

Besides these 4, there are 2 other aports that were rebuilt together with the big Python 3.12 rebuild: cloudi and libguestfs.

The MR for disabling loongarch64 in libguestfs is !64428 (merged), it does not require a pkgrel bump, as it only disables an arch.

As for cloudi, which has multiple language bindings, i have notified its maintainer about this change, and will allow him time to consider how to proceed.
