community/lua-lgi, lua-dbus_proxy, lua-connman_dbus: add Lua 5.4

This is picking up adding Lua 5.4 support for lua-lgi, that was dropped from !27474 (merged), and also adding it to the aports that depend on lua-lgi.

lua-lgi hasn't tagged a release for several years so I picked the latest commit.
