Split cmus pulseaudio support as subpackage

The recent MR !41758 (merged) added pulseaudio-dev into makedepends, but that caused a warning when starting cmus due to the missing runtime dependency libpulse.

This MR moves the dependency onto a subpackage cmus-pulseaudio which adds the actual PulseAudio support to cmus but also enforces the installation of libpulse.
