community/cmus: Add pulseaudio-dev dependency

This MR adds pulseaudio-dev as a dependent package of cmus. This should automatically enable the compilation of the PulseAudio output plugin when cmus is compiled.

Out-of-the-box PulseAudio support will make cmus usable on mobile distributions such as postmarketOS. Without Pulseaudio support, cmus uses ALSA directly and does not benefit from stream routing (e.g. when connecting a Bluetooth device).
