community/npapi-sdk: rebuild to synchronize project url across arches

The project url is not the same across arches for community/npapi-sdk All packages have the same pkgver but different build dates. Only the 2019 build dates have the updated project url. I believe bumping pkgrel will trigger a rebuild and should get them in sync.
