Receiving this message on a merge request that is ready for review is
extremely frustrating. If I was a new contributor, I would likely never
contribute again if I received this on my first MR. If Alpine gets
better at expeditiously reviewing non-trivial MRs, then the message can
be reconsidered, but right now it is not suitable.
