community/libkeyfinder: upgrade to 2.2.5 and modernize

Bart Ribbers requested to merge PureTryOut/aports:community_libkeyfinder into master

libkeyfinder maintainenance has been taken up by the mixxx project, and they have released 2.2.5 and switched from qmake to CMake (yay!)

The package was actually duplicate in testing as I didn't realize there was already an existing libkeyfinder package.

This replaces !25862 (closed)
