community/xscreensaver: upgrade to 5.45

Raised on #12168 (closed), xscreensaver has a ticking time bomb to nag users, which has happened on 3.11.

Upstream has made it clear they do not want the nag patched out, so just remove the package as there is an abundance of screensavers.
