main/{audit,dmraid,keyutils,libcap-ng}: packages fail to rebuild due to curl certificate error
Edit: this can be closed when the upstream server is consistently accessible again over curl/wget.
The following packages in main/ failed to rebuild due to a certificate error:
- audit-4.0.1-r0
- dmraid-1.0.0_rc16-r6
- keyutils-1.6.3-r3
- libcap-ng-0.8.5-r0
While this issue was initially about packages in main/, as noted in comments, the following packages in community/ have a similar issue.
- cachefilesd
- portablexdr
- virt-what

curl failed to verify the legitimacy of the server and therefore could not
establish a secure connection to it. To learn more about this situation and

It was noted that the subdomain is not returning the full cert chain. Opening a new issue to track this separately from the GCC 14 rebuild efforts.
