Pip also tried to download setuptools_scm, but let's use our repo
version instead. That way it doesn't need network access to build

They pass on all architectures on CI now.

add fix-mmc-order.patch to fix random order of mmcblk cards on every

.jar is compiled from *.java source files. Packaging *.java files was probably
a mistake.
