change all git.alpinelinux.org/cgit/acf/acf
to -> gitlab.alpinelinux.org/acf/acf-clamsmtp

commit aeea4c64 (community/imagemagick: skip tests on mips, too
slow) also removed the options="libtool". Make sure that we keep that
option also for mips64.
