running kubeadm init returns the following error during the pre-flight checks:

$ kubeadm init

This python library cannot be used without actually installing python
itself, thus this commit adds python as a run-time dependency.

* Switch to cmake as per upstream.
* Provide lame.pc so that cmake can use the system library over the
  included one.
* Kill SSE optimizations on x86, build fails otherwise.

There was a regression in vala 0.48.5 that caused gnome-clocks
to be unable to play sounds. See
