these changes are now compatible with ffmpeg 5.1.

This change merges the upstream fix (chromium
d0c1f5ee1f56c165bdf550c9e3be0d7313587b80) to the alpine tree, since it is not
being back-merged to chromium 109 or 110.

multipath-tools uses $configdir compile-time option that points to
$(prefix)/etc/multipath, which is not what users generally expect.

Also OpenRC service was broken and referring to /sbin/multipathd instead of
/usr/sbin/multipathd.
