In order to install abuild, lzip needs to be available. Add it to the list of
packages built in bootstrap.sh.

Without this, the tests in "make check" can't find libzma.so, if it isn't
installed, such as when running "abuild rootbld" or bootstrapping a system
where xz hasn't been built/installed yet.

xenial is currently unstable, many builds fail for weird reasons or
don't even start.

this version will only activate itself under a relevant configuration where the cloudflare
DNS problem is harmful

The company behind this extension is working on a fix for PHP7.2 compatibility in a non public repo.

So until that work has been published php7-cassandra will have to be removed from edge.
