unupdated for over a year, maintainer does not update it

not maintained, not sure why we have patched versions of these in the
repos, people should just build them themselves.

This package has been unmaintained upstream for some time and doesn't
work very well. Let's get rid of it.

Complete rewrite of the package, which can now be maintained
again; accordingly, complete rewrite of the APKBUILD as well.
