Patch is merged upstream, but it'd be nice to have this for e.g.
Phosh now since it's not clear when upstream will make a new
release.

who knew circular dependencies were hard?

this has two (with cmake):

cmake -> libarchive -> zstd -> cmake
rsync -> zstd -> cmake -> linux-headers -> rsync

the former isn't too bad to bundle. the latter is probably easily
wrapped with a shell script. but i'll let someone else do it- had it
with this shit

maybe there's a way to generate valid cmake files by hand, without
needing cmake?
