Removes packages that have been in aports/unmaintained since the 3.0-stable
branch.
Alpine Linux v3.0 was released on 2014-06-04 and EOL on 2016-05-01, so
these packages have not been touched since at least 23 months.
The files can still be recovered from the 3.3-stable branch.

ruby-mime-types and ruby-nokogiri was there already so remove those

Now all invocations have following order of arguments (if present):

    addgroup -S -g ... GROUP
    adduser -S -u ... -D -H -h ... -s ... -G ... -g ... USER

Following rules have been applied:
- script starts with shebang !#/bin/sh followed by blank line,
- script ends with exit 0 prepended by blank line,
- only stderr of adduser, addgroup or passwd is redirected to /dev/null,
- getent passwd/group instances has been removed,
- manual checking of file and group existence has been removed,
- `|| true` instances has been removed.

Comments and line wrapping have been preserved.

It's only for consistency and to ease spotting lack of it.

This package is outdated can't be installed currently and depends on a
python3 subpackage which was removed in the previous commit. Furthermore
it has no maintainer.

Pulseaudio is already present in testing/.

This package is not even halfway decent. People constantly complain that
it doesn't work as expected and sadly nobody is interested in
maintaining it so I will move it to unmaintained for now.
