The default http headers weren't overwritten when the user header had a
different casing than the default.

Closes alpine/aports#16172

There was a delay in the tarball getting uploaded to
cpan.org, so i used metacpan.org first.

Now the same tarball is available at its usual location
on cpan.org, so restore the old value of source.
