Fixes install error with many cores

Also do like Susa & Debian and clean-up some files before packaging

This is a good example why modifications of upstream configs have
to be done in explicit way using patch file instead of using sed.
Upstream changed the config, sed silently "failed" (no match)
and no one noticed.

patch was sent upstream but was never included by upstream.

I left imap in the base package, because most users expect Dovecot
to provide IMAP, so moving it into a subpackage would probably
confuse too many users.
