- fix ldflags which should not be at the end
- fix configure script to use pkgconfig for gsl cflags and libs
- undef a uclibc nameclash - __user

- we should not depend on sql servers, only the client libs
- change php-sqlite to php-sqlite3

ruby-libs -> ruby -> ruby-libs

qmlplugindump(qt) -> so:libQtDeclarative.so.4(qt-x11) -> qt

we move qmlplugindump to qt-x11

this update disables constify plugin which now depends on kernexec
