calamares 3.3 on Arch

adding eggs sudo tools ppa for Arch, here we set repository chaotic-aur;
removed rolling- on the default name for Arch, alle the Arch versions are rolling;
passed to calamares 3.3 for Arch, change all modules on /etc/calamares/modules
added list for themes and possibility to call themes without path it they are under default path ~/.wardrobe/vendors/
