These files can't actually be executed so it would be better to remove
the executable bit.

The arch package doesn't set the executable bit on these files too so
this shouldn't cause problems.

Build the subpackage ostree-gir to hold ostree's GObject-Introspection
metadata, which can be used to generate dynamic bindings into languages
such as Python and JavaScript. So, include the build configuration
"--enable-introspection" and add the corresponding dependency:
gobject-introspection-dev.
