Uses 260-280 meg of RAM with --useuid (caching) enabled & transfers
approximately 2.2 messages / second.

    4000 to 7000 users per month (44000 users a year).
    6 to 40 million mailbox transfers per month.
    215 million transfers for 2014.
    Highest use rate: about 56 million IMAP mailbox transfers by one host

Take care not to mix main / edge perl modules or you will receive relocation
errors from perl.

been moved to GitHub. The old trac page is no longer updated.

- Tidy up panic function to a single inet (combined ip and ipv6) table.
- Use policy drop for each chain in the panic function instead of a drop rule. This way a user could manually add in rules later allowing explicit access.
- Instead of a clear function, include 'flush ruleset' in the output of the save function. This way loading the saved rulesets is fully atomic, instead of two commands.
- Stop is the only function that needs to be able to flush ruleset, so run 'nft flush ruleset' directly, and remove the clear function.

- mcedit macros examples are moved to -doc
- README's from /usr/lib/mc moved to -doc
- non-english man pages are removed.
