wlc is officially deprecated and no other
package depends on it. Use wlroots instead.

'--disable-scrollkeeper' isn't a recognized option anymore

- Our python3 is 3.8.1, collections.abc is available since 3.3
- Python2 is EOL

- EOL, use py3-gobject3 instead

- Requires python2
