Add mmsd APKBUILD

mmsd provides MMS receiving/creation/storage support for modem management software such as Ofono. The upstream mmsd seems to be quiet and haven't responded to inquiries on their mailing list, and I've got patches necessary for the downstream project Sxmo, so I'm maintaining my own fork.
