Draft: testing/aaaaxy: new aport

This one uses Go. Known to run on x86, x86_64 and arm64, but likely will run on anything with OpenGL.

NOTE: sending the MR now for early review - I want to actually update the sources on Monday by my usual schedule, which will have some minor fixes. Expecting no more APKBUILD changes beyond source version and checksum.
