Add python3-6 for python 3.6.x

Provide options for all python versions in current release cycles, not just the latest version.

Motivated by https://github.com/docker-library/python/issues/454

This is a straight copy of main/python3 and simply changed the version; no idea whether this will build. Never contributed to aports before.
