Draft: add answerfile cmdline option for unattended setup

Download an answers file from URL and apply using setup-alpine -f <URL> at end of 'firstboot' initscript (see corresponding change to firstboot script)

As with aports!1 is an untested draft to show what I am thinking / proposing, and for discussion.

Would close alpine/mkinitfs#26 if applied in tandem with the above MR (and updating mkinitfs in aports).
