Since 848c3505, river is built with Xwayland support. That means it requires /usr/bin/Xwayland and *wont start at all* if this binary is not present. Additionally, since it is not possible to disable Xwayland support at run-time within river, Xwayland is now a required dependency.

It seems to require newer versions of KF5 than we can currently provide. This needs looking into more but I don't want it to block the rest of the KDE6 upgrade so this disables the package for now

The 6.0.0 release of these packages don't actually build with Qt6, but we still need to keep them around for some stuff like Breeze. So for now just keep them at their last non-KDE6 release. This also sets the group tag to kde-frameworks-old so we can work with them independently in scripts
