initramfs-init.in: Parse and use isoloop= kernel command line variable for Grub2 loopback.cfg support

Must be applied with the "Generate boot/grub/loopback.cfg" patch to alpine/aports/scripts/mkimage.base.sh to work correctly. Implements aports#5384 (closed)
