Add multipath registration support

Alex Denes requested to merge caskd/mdev-conf:multipath-support into master

Multipath isn't integrated into any system like LVM or such and the multipath daemon from package multipath-tools doesn't subscribe and register the devices itself. A manual trigger is required for the devices to be picked up.
