improve patchwork mail routing

Currently mails for patchwork are routed via redmine container.
This is not very obvious and can lead into issues when changing container locations.
It would be better if we have a single point of entry (mail.a.o) and forward to the correct container directly via vpn.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
