config/prod: rewrite slock to slock-rust

Our slock package refers to the screen locker, there is also a Rust crate called slock which is referred to as slock in the CPE URI (e.g. for CVE-2020-36455). Rewrite this to rust-slock (which we don't actually package) to avoid assigning mismatching CVEs to the screen locker.
