Add missing backport fixes

Juho Sipola requested to merge vinv1n/alpine-secdb:master into master

I noted that secdb was missing some backported fixes from following packages

  • libxml2 CVE-2019-19956 notes
  • openssl CVE-2019-1551 notes
  • libxlst CVE-2019-13117 and CVE-2019-13118 notes

So I addressed this issue by adding the missing backport fixes to those components.
