Change git-related links to point to GitLab

Patrycja Rosa requested to merge ptrcnull/alpine-mksite:gitlab-links into master

As most discussions take place on GitLab, it would be nice to point people there instead of cgit anyway

Not sure about the atom change though (as in, format of the RSS feed and other stuff i might have missed)
