Release New Cloud Images
requested to merge tomalok/alpine-mksite:update/cloud-images__use_tiny-cloud__fix-mdev-hotplug into master
Now uses Tiny Cloud instead of tiny-ec2-bootstrap.
Fixes issue with mdev hotplugging of EBS volumes and additional NICs.
