Set a background colour for the banner

Grzegorz Szymaszek requested to merge gs/alpine-mksite:banner-background into master

While the banner.jpg file was being loaded, the text in .banner-content was displayed on a white background, making it very hard to read. This commit changes the background from transparent (white) to #0d597f, that is the same blue that is used in the logo.
