intro: clarify target audience and simplify a bit

Clarify that the target audience is intermediate to advanced Linux users.

Drop the sentence who is not the target. Better only be clear on exactly who it is for.

Alpine Linux is generally not recommended as the first linux distro, so we can assume that the user already is familiar with basic linux and are comfortable with a CLI.
