Usage of 'arch' command
Hi, in d5b2431b the uname -m
call was replaced by arch
which doesn't seem to be built by default in GNU coreutils e.g. on Arch Linux. According to the coreutils manpage arch prints the machine hardware name, and is equivalent to ‘uname -m’
. I don't know how the busybox call works without looking in the source, but I assume the same.
Can this be changed back to uname -m
then or is there some other reason this was changed?
