Add .editorconfig and replace spaces with tabs

Add .editorconfig

Use tabs instead of 4 spaces

Keep indent size 8 in Makefiles

Replace all 4-spaces tiwh tabs. Fix up usage help text for imds, tiny-cloud and fake wget.
