Due to a bug with how `_pkgver_sdk` is calculated, upgrade to 8.0.10
made it so that the computerized variables was `8.0.1010` when it should've
been `8.0.110`. This commit does two things:
* fix the logic so that the variable is computed properly
* add shim for build using 8.0.110 bootstraps
