community/flatpak: fix setting XDG_DATA_DIRS in GDM
With flatpak 1.8.0-r0 the /usr/share/gdm/env.d/flatpak.env file, which is required to properly set the enviroment variables required for flatpak to function (e.g. so .desktop files show up in the app drawer)
