community/greetd: remove dependency on cage from greetd-agreety-config

The default configuration does not depend on cage, and AFAIK, it never did. The cage dependency was added, together with the gtkgreet-config in 256ff454. I assume the cage dependency in greetd-agreety-config is just a copy-paste error from the gtkgreet-config.
