sertonix/aports:meson-native into master
Merged Sertonix requested to merge sertonix/aports:meson-native into master

Fixes cross compilation of apk-tools3. This is needed to counteract the fact that abuild exports PKG_CONFIG_SYSROOT_DIR globally.
