community/hyprland: upgrade to 0.47.0

Disabling hyprpm so that we don't need the new dependency (glaze, a json parser that has issues compiling under musl libc).

I'm reasonably certain that hyprpm was never working under alpine. Plugins should be added as new aports anyways.

This upgrade fixes a crash in 0.46 that we have a workaround for.

Was hoping to re-enable s390x by allowing [hyprgraphics] to be compiled without libJXL.....

Failed to load ./resource/images/hyprland.jpg: loading jpeg: cannot load on big endian
Failed: tryLoadImage(file.path()), expected 1 but got 0

JPEG ends up failing
