community/xf86-video-nouveau: upgrade to 1.0.18
It seems that !71832 (merged) caused a segfault on 3.21:
[ 30.359] compiled for 1.21.1.14, module version = 1.0.0

[ 30.560] (II) NOUVEAU(0): [COPY] async initialised.

Please consult the The X.Org Foundation support

for help.
[ 30.560] (EE) Please also check the log file at "/var/log/Xorg.1.log" for additional information.
[ 30.560] (EE)
[ 30.569] (EE) Server terminated with error (1). Closing log file.
But I think that this version fixed the build problem (can't test locally because rootbld fails to build due different errors).

Fwiw 1.0.17-r6 segfaults for me with a Quadro FX 3700M (G92GLM) and this doesn't.
