community/hyprland: upgrade to 0.46.2

Zach DeCook requested to merge earboxer1/aports:hyprland into master

I added community/hyprgraphics without adding it to testing first, hope that's okay; It would have been kind of annoying to do it in a separate MR, since hyprutils would have needed to be bumped first, and then at that point we're just upgrading everything anyway.

  • Tested on phone with mrtest

had to drop s390x because of a new dependency

there's also a new optional dependency hyprland-qtutils... I'll add that in a separate MR
