community/vhs: fix error when invoke chromium

qaqland requested to merge qaqland/aports:vhs into master
  1. add chromium as depends otherwise it would download chrome-linux.zip (which is built with glibc)
  2. disable gpu when call chromium otherwise it would get blocked
