community/plasma-workspace: enable SDDM Wayland session

Bart Ribbers requested to merge PureTryOut/aports:community_sddm-wayland into master

SDDM will use KWin as it's compositor to start in Wayland mode. This is a step to being able to run Plasma completely without X11 installed (except for XWayland).
